Cardio Strength Conditioning

This program is designed to build strength and stamina through a series of high impact cardio exercises coupled with resistance training. Although it is not targeted for people just starting their exercise programs, all members are certainly welcome. The goal of the class is to provide an avenue for those who want to "step up" their routine and increase their strength and endurance.

 

The class "runs" on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6-7 PM.

 

A typical session would include a series of running routines with medicine balls or hand weights; balance exercises using stability balls; upper body and leg strength conditioning routines; a good round of abdominal exercises; and, of course, more running.

 

NOTICE: During the summer, the club generally takes a 6-8 week hiatus from the Cardio Strength Conditioning Class. Call for details.
