GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

 

 

 

The "Get Moving" class focuses on abdominals, strength conditioning, cardio conditioning, and weight loss.

 

This program is designed to be fun, but rewarding. It's low impact, but very animated (fast moving). So, if you're new to group fitness, starting back, recovering from an injury, or just plain want to lose weight and get in shape, come out and join Kara Gustafsson on Tuesday nights from 6-7 PM.

 

"Moving in the Morning" is a great way to start your day. It is a VERY low impact workout designed specifically for adults who are looking to exercise all muscle groups, elevate their heart rate, and increase their balance and range of motion. It's fun! Diane conducts this class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10-11 AM.
