GROUP FITNESS
Note: This class is not currently on the active schedule because of summer programming.
"Moving in the Morning" is a great way to stay in shape without having to go through a high impact training session. It is a very low impact workout designed specifically for adults who are looking to exercise all muscle groups and elevate their heart rate.
Diane conducts this class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00.
It's designed to be fun, but rewarding. So, if you're new to group fitness, starting back, recovering from an injury, or just plain want to lose weight and get in shape, come on out and join us.
