Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics is a fun, non-impact, full body exercise program which tones and shapes the body by using water resistance to strengthen the muscles and increase the heart rate.
This program is co-educational and is designed for both beginners and advanced exercisers. Get ready to have fun while getting a great workout!
This class is offered Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 8:45 – 9:45 AM at the Heritage community pool off of Heritage Lake Road. CLASSES RUN FROM
JUNE 3rd THROUGH THE END OF AUGUST. COME ON OUT!
